What is included in a sport hamper?
Each sport hamper is curated with premium snacks, recovery essentials, and performance gear tailored to the athlete's sport. Contents vary by hamper type but always include hand-selected, high-quality items.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout and delivers within 1–2 business days. All orders are tracked and you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Can I customise my hamper?
Absolutely. We offer full personalisation on select hampers — choose your items, add a custom message card, and even include branded merchandise. Visit the custom hamper page to get started.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes. We work with clubs, teams, and corporate clients to deliver hampers at scale. Volume discounts apply for orders of 10 or more. Reach out to our team through the contact page for a tailored quote.
What is your return and refund policy?
If your hamper arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. Perishable items are not eligible for standard returns.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. International orders may be subject to customs fees. Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 business days.
